This is the most colorful Zometool rendering of the 24-cell, since it uses red struts. There are more symmetric projections that only use yellow and blue, or green and blue. This projection has the symmetry of a triangular antiprism.
We can find the projection of the dual 24-cell by taking the centroids of all the octahedral cells in the projection above, and joining them with edges when the corresponding original octahedra share a face. I’m not 100% certain this is a correct model, but it has to be pretty close.
